This design isn’t just a shirt it’s a message of survival, strength, and hope. The brain reminds us that our mental health matters and that the battles we fight inside are just as real as any we face on the outside.
I created this shirt because I’ve felt the pain of losing someone to suicide- my sister. This is for her, for the friends and family we’ve lost, and for those still fighting their own battles every day. It’s a reminder that your story isn’t over, that one more day can make all the difference, and that you are not alone.
